Ana is a stay at home mom turned mystery writer. 

Ana or Anita (as she’s called by her relatives) grew up in a border town in south Texas. In 2015, she married her high school sweetheart, Lauro. They live in San Antonio with their two daughters. She enjoys reading, reviewing, and blogging about mysteries. Her YouTube channel currently has 334 subscribers.  

She has submitted short fiction mysteries to publications and is developing her debut cozy mystery novel in 2025. 

Ana is also a writer for Catholic Women in Business. 

When she’s not reading and writing crime fiction, she’s homeschooling her daughters, volunteering in church ministries, playing guitar, or photographing nature.
